Where does NERDS ship?

NERDS currently ships to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Shipping Cost

nerdbeauty.eu orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

  • HUNGARY – shipped via Express One (1-2 business days)

    Free Standard Shipping for all orders over 20.000 HUF.

    For orders less than 20,000 HUF, shipping fee is 1.990 HUF.

  • REST OF EU COUNTRIES – shipped via DPD Express Service (2-5 business days, depending on the country)

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over 70 EUR.

Germany: For orders less than 70 EUR, shipping fee is 8,99 EUR.

Rest of EU: orders less than 70 EUR, shipping fee is 9,99 EUR.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    Order Processing

    All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Hungary.

    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please note, that during product launches, promotional campaigns, holiday periods, or other high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    Please note that order processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Shipping transit times begin only after your order has been dispatched.

    Tracking Information

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

    It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment using the tracking link provided.

    If you have not received your tracking email, please contact our customer service team.

    Shipping Addresses

    Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

    NERDS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by:

    • incorrect or incomplete addresses
    • incorrect postal codes
    • missing apartment, building or unit information
    • incorrect recipient information
    • invalid contact details

    We do not ship to:

    • parcel lockers
    • parcel shops / pickup points
    • P.O. boxes
    • freight forwarding companies
    • package forwarding services

    Orders placed using such addresses may be cancelled at our discretion.


    Returned Shipments

    If a shipment is returned to us because:

    • the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address,
    • the customer refused delivery,
    • the customer failed to collect the parcel,
    • the carrier was unable to complete delivery due to customer-related reasons,

    the order will not be automatically reshipped.

    Once the parcel has been returned to our warehouse, we may issue a refund for the products ordered. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Current shipping cost deductions:

    • Germany: €8.99
    • Other EU countries: €9.99

    Additional carrier return fees, if incurred, may also be deducted where applicable.


    Delivered Parcels

    If tracking information indicates that a parcel has been delivered, customers should first:

    • check with household members,
    • check with neighbours,
    • check any designated safe place,
    • contact their local carrier office.

    NERDS reserves the right to rely on carrier delivery confirmation when investigating delivery-related claims.


    Lost Parcels

    A parcel is considered lost only after the carrier has officially confirmed that it cannot be located.

    Where appropriate, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier before issuing any replacement or refund.

    Carrier investigations may take several business days or weeks depending on the destination and carrier involved.


    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    Orders shipped within the European Union are generally not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

    For destinations where local duties, taxes, customs charges or other import-related fees may apply, these remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

    NERDS Beauty has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount.


    Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention

    We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion in cases including, but not limited to:

    • pricing errors,
    • stock discrepancies,
    • suspected fraudulent activity,
    • abuse of our policies,
    • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    We also reserve the right to refuse future orders where repeated abuse of our shipping, refund or customer service policies is suspected.
